Felicity Jones is an British actress best known because of her role as Jane Hawking in the critically acclaimed movie The Theory of Everything. Jones has worked in plays, films as well as television since she was 12 years old. She began her career as a TV actress on The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, The Worst Witch (a television show) in which she played Ethel Hallow. The sequel Weirdsisters college was also filmed. The first feature film she acted in was Flashbacks of a Fool (which she starred in), Young Ruth, she continued to act in other movies. In The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in particular, she was a star for her work. It was, however, her role in The Theory of Everything that brought her an Oscar for the first time. The biopic is based on the biography of the physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones was highly praised by the public and reviewers for her superb portrayal of Hawking's first wife. Inferno, a Tom Hanks thriller was her next role. Jones won an award called the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, due to her extraordinary talent and contribution.
