Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on the 28th of October 1967 at Atlanta. Roberts is part of the Robertses' fourth generation that reside in the Atlanta area beginning with her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. Her father had keen interest from a young age in stage. While he was a student studying at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he participated in numerous performances. In 1953, when he joined the Air force, he appeared with Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. They got married in the year 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. In 1957 the couple left the Air Force and Walter was enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter was a part of the Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio after the family moved from Atlanta to Decatur, Georgia in 1960. The year 1964 was when Walter and Betty Lou began production on a local Saturday morning children's television show known as Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded their own. The Actors and Writers Workshop was created in the year 1964 and ran for 6 years. They welcomed in 1965 two more children into their lives: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
